sprinkle some caijun powder on chicken breast meat fillet

put it on the oven and set to 10 minutes! meanwhile take this time to boil some broccolis for 2 minute

open the oven and add some cheese on top of the fillet on the 8th minute!
do not put it in too early! the cheese will boil and spill onto the tray

finally i have time to blog down how my friday went
on thurs, i went to the GP to remove the stitches on my knee.
it was another doc on duty, and he asked me to come back on the next day (friday) between 9am -4.30pm to look for the same doctor who stitched it up for me.
i couldn't make it on friday, and that doctor will not be around this weekend.
so he gave me MC for friday.

However I still had to go back to office on friday because i had to finish the preparation for the meeting and also to attend it.

So on friday, i went to the office in the morning to continue the preparations.
I intended to see the doc after i finish the preparation and go back to office in time for the meeting at 3pm.
however my manager was on MC on that day too. she smsed me lots of things to follow up. by the time i finish everything, it was already 1+pm. I procrastinated a while till 1.45 before leaving the office.
What happened after that is chain reaction of cock up happenings due to poor time management
I reached home at around 2.40. btw the clinic is walking distance from my house.
I realised i didn't have time to see the doc so i had to take a cab back to work without seeing the doc!
I went into the meeting room at 3, and they told me they had finished the meeting.
WTF. Basically they changed the meeting to 2pm and they didn't add me in the invitation list. I assumed the meeting to still be at 3pm as agreed last week.
I went back immediately to the doc to remove my stitches. he plough through my wound to look for the stitches but could only find 3 out of 4. he told me that it might have fallen off.
on saturday, i had no choice but to enter the pool while teaching swimming. after swimming, I found the other stitch! god damn it. i went back to the doc and had it removed immediately.

I dunno what i'm going to tell my manager if she asked me about the meeting stuffs. btw i'm supposed to do the minutes too!

today while limping home from the bus stop, one man came to talk to me, saying that he lost his way. he wants to know how to walk to jurong. knn my house is at hougang how to walk back to jurong. so i told him he has to take the bus and take the mrt. his acting is fucking real. say he is a worker from malaysia, the bus dropped him somewhere in amk and he walked all the way here. he feels so lost.

he can really act man, and i totally fell for it. I told him the exact directions of what bus to take and how to get to the mrt station, and gave him $4 for the trip to jurong. after everything he thanked me and walked in another direction. i told him the bus stop is that way, but he says he's going to get a drink first. ok fair enough, i went home without thinking much of it.

Later my dad told me few months ago, he had the same encounter at hougang ave 4 there. WTF fucking cheater. He earned $4 from me from a 5 mins conversation. i earn $2.9891 per hour!

FINALLY, configured everything on my router.
Yesterday hosted 1 round of dota and it was pretty good. Yip said he missed playing dota with me deep deep. not sure how true is that!
FINALLY AFTER 2 years and 9 months, i'm freed from paying $58 per month for 3kbps, now i'll be paying $33 per month for the same speed. oh yeah my dad has agreed to pay for the internet now. so i won't be paying $58 from my own pockets anymore.

2 days ago, sanly asked me to take over her swimming classes because she is taking up a full time job. It will be $17.50 an hour.
initially i ask mac if i should take over her swimming classes and he told me 'DEFINITELY'. so i agreed. Later after much consideration I decided against it. Now that i've done so badly in year 2, I really have to buck up in year 3 and not have so many other commitments. but i'm still taking over the classes temporarily while they search for a replacement.

this week will be a very busy 1, all my week nights are already packed till friday already. Tonight i will be going for lifesaving club, watching a movie tomorrow, going to the osim triathlon expo followed by doing some squats and deadlifts in the gym on wed, running 8km and checking out my racer bike on thurs, and swimming 1.5km on friday.
hopefully i will be able to get 8hrs of sleep everynight still.

What a hectic day.
First i went to my dental appointment, then to collect my new glasses, then went to sengkang hello shop to recontract my broadband, went home to fix up the modem, went to teach swimming at jalan kayu for 4.5hrs, went to kembangan to collect the router from yip, and finally went home to set up the router.

First my living room's desktop became ridiculously slow then my wireless modem became quite laggy and it finall broke down.
Somehow i'm responsible for the servicibility of my home computers and internet.
I haven't make time to troubleshoot the desktop. but I can't live without the internet for a day.
After calling 3 customer care consultants from singtel (all necessary calls, I can conclude that their service really suck. I still dun understand y is singtel call centre in malaysia. Those ppl there speak terrible english and dun even know their stuffs!
So today I went to the helloshop and recontracted. and the girl told me that I couldn't change my plan to the 1mbps 1 since my contract isn't fully up. The guy in malaysia told me can! So i stuck to the 3mbps plan. I decided against taking the 2wire integrated wireless modem after it gave so much problem to white lim. Somemore it's $4 more per month. $4X2year contract = $96. So i took the lousy thompson modem and bought the d-link router from yip for a bargain price of $30.

Job update
I'm quite pleased with my power point presentation to the CEO on wed. took me 3 working days + overtime to complete the 40 slides power point. After which he said the presentation was excellent and this is how power point should be done. But the end of the presentation is the start of more things to come. They are launching a product based on my research and i'm involved in the rest of the things to follow.

I'm still keeping up my reading habits, but last week have been a sleep deprived week for me. Monday and Tuesday nights was spent working on the powerpoint, wed spent on discussing cca orientation stuff when it was already over, thurs spent on the steamboat class gathering and friday spent on troubleshooting the router!
